Wednesday I was at the reception with Mr Heinrichs, together with him I did check in and reservation again, After the Check in we bring the guests to their room, and tell them some facts about the hotel like WLAN passwort how to use the tv and so on. We also wrote a dinner plan and arranged tables for dinner.
