Monday morning I came to the hotel, and was greeted by Mrs. Kretzchmar, we went through the facts of the hotel and I got a 23 page booklet with information about the room, prices, breakfast, history, dinner and more. Then Mrs. Kretzchmar guided me through the entire hotel. After I had seen everything in the main hotel (where I should work), Mrs. Kretzschmar took me to the sister hotel which is about 80 meters away, since I was greeted by Mrs. Trasser with her, I also made a tour of the hotel, to see what makes a difference in these hotels there.
